SHIPPING POLICY

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping details, otherwise the store is not responsible for packages delivered to wrong address.
The customer is responsible for any duties or import fees. Please get familiar with import laws of your country, to avoid any possible issues.
All the products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse, using DHL/EMS delivery methods, to make sure you get your items in the shortest time possible.
All the packages are labeled as “Gifts”, with a low value up to $20, to avoid taxes. If you have specific needs, please contact us and let us know.
You will be provided with a tracking number by email and in your account.
For some countries the delivery might be delayed due to customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost will be provided upon checkout, according to customers shipping zone. We provide free delivery for orders over 260$, no matter the destination.

Processing time: Up to 3 business days
Shipping Time: Between 4 – 9 business days
A delay is possible for larger orders, however the customer will be notified.
Holiday periods might cause 1-3 days delay. If you order a gift and are short in time, please contact the customer service and we will try to deliver the goods in the shortest time possible.
